Where do I go if I have a medical emergency or adverse reaction to a medication?

Go to the closest emergency room if you are capable of driving otherwise call 911 and then a relative. Please make sure to take all prescribed medications if visiting the emergency room and ask the staff to contact your doctor as soon as possible.
